AMC Theatres® Offers $1 Movies During AMC Summer Moviecamp®

Moviegoers of All Ages Are Invited to Tuesday Morning Movies
Admissions & Concessions to Benefit AMC Charitable Partners

Kansas City, Mo. (May 27, 2010) - Kids and adults alike can enjoy the magic of movies on Tuesday mornings this summer at AMC Summer MovieCamp in participating markets. An affordable option to summer fun for families and children's groups, AMC Theatres is proud to offer the program in 90 percent of AMC's markets in the US and Canada from June 15 to Aug. 10, 2010. A fee of $1 per guest will be charged for admissions, with all admission & concession proceeds (excluding taxes and operating costs) benefitting two of AMC's important national charitable partners, Variety - The Children's Charity and the Will Rogers Institute.

AMC Theatres, a leading theatrical exhibition and entertainment company, has hosted Summer MovieCamp for 25 years. Summer MovieCamp will present some of Paramount's and DreamWorks' top-performing family films on the big screen every Tuesday morning throughout the summer.

The film schedule and titles include:

June 22, 2010      "Imagine That" (PG)
June 29, 2010      "Monsters vs. Aliens" (PG)
July 6, 2010         "Madagascar" (PG)
July 13, 2010       "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa" (PG)
July 20, 2010       "Hotel for Dogs" (PG)
July 27, 2010       "Kung Fu Panda" (PG)
August 3, 2010    "The Spiderwick Chronicles" (PG)
August 10, 2010    Surprise Mystery Title

During Summer MovieCamp, AMC Entertainment will also offer KidsPackTM concession combos for $4, over 30 percent off the regular price. This KidsPack discount is only valid during Summer MovieCamp showtimes. Advance tickets will be on sale starting June 8 at 215 participating AMC theatre locations and online.
