AMC Entertainment® Introduces AMC Fork & Screen® Buckhead

Movies. Menus. More.TM Coming to Atlanta

Kansas City, Mo. (June 30, 2008) - AMC Entertainment Inc. (AMC), a worldwide leader in theatrical exhibition and out-of-home entertainment, today announces the newly renovated AMC Fork & Screen Buckhead, formerly the AMC Buckhead Backlot 6, will take center stage when it debuts to the public Friday, July 11. The remodeled theatre will combine casual in-theatre dining with the most current movies and other types of entertainment presented in the immersive environment of an AMC theatre.

"Guests in the Atlanta market have enjoyed in-theatre dining with AMC for years, but our remodel of AMC Fork & Screen Buckhead takes the experience to a new level," said John McDonald, executive vice president, United States and Canada operations. "Whether it's casual in-theatre dining or the relaxing atmosphere in the bar and lobby, guests at AMC Fork & Screen Buckhead will find a fresh and exciting experience."

AMC Fork and Screen Buckhead will feature casual tabletop dining and Seat-Side ServiceTM in all auditoriums. Guests will have the opportunity to order from a diverse menu of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts as well as traditional theatre concessions and beer, wine and cocktails.

The renovated theatre will also include MacGuffinsTM, a warm, relaxing and inviting bar with a spacious lounge featuring food and beverage options. Named after a term coined by famed film-maker Alfred Hitchcock, guests will be able to relax before or after their entertainment at MacGuffins' tables and soft-seating areas.

The menus at AMC Fork & Screen Buckhead will feature fresh, quality ingredients that are locally grown or produced in addition to some seasonal items. Guests can look forward to classic favorites like fire-grilled gourmet burgers, hand-pulled flatbread pizzettas, wood-roasted chicken quesadillas, wedge salad wraps, and a wide variety of desserts. All menu items have been specifically prepared with the unique and exciting in-theatre dining experience in mind.

AMC Fork & Screen Buckhead is reserved for guests 18-years-old and over, and minors accompanied by a parent or guardian. Ticket prices are: $5 Monday thru Thursday and Friday, Saturday and Sunday before 4 p.m.; $10 after 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and select holidays; and children's tickets are $5 for all showtimes. MacGuffins is open daily, including the lunch hour, and a ticket purchase is not necessary to enjoy this area of the entertainment complex.
