This new custom Gift Card allows guests to add their own photos or images and messages to a specially-designed AMC card.
AMC, the first in the exhibition industry to offer personalized gift cards, was also the first in the industry to launch circuit-wide gift cards in 2002. The personalized gift card experience at AMC's Web site allows guests to select their own photos or images and write personal messages, which are then uploaded to one of two gift card designs. One design makes the image looks as though it appears on the screen of an AMC theatre.
The AMC personalized gift card, which can be purchased in whole dollar amounts between $5 and $100, carries a personalization cost of $4.50 and is available at amctheatres.com. Once a guest completes the online personalization process, the card production takes approximately two business days. The card can be shipped standard delivery via the U.S. Postal Service, or overnight or 2nd-day delivery.
