AMC Entertainment® Offers $1.00 Movies During AMC Summer Moviecamp®

Moviegoers of All Ages Are Invited to Wednesday Morning Movies Admission Proceeds to Benefit AMC Charitable Partners

Kansas City, Mo. (May 15, 2008) - Kids and adults alike can enjoy the magic of movies on Wednesday mornings this summer at AMC Summer MovieCamp in participating markets. An exciting and affordable option for summer fun, AMC Entertainment is proud to offer the community service program in 39 U.S. markets from June 25 to Aug. 6, 2008. A nominal fee of $1 per guest will be charged with all admission proceeds, excluding taxes, going to AMC charitable partners, Variety - The Children's Charity and the Will Rogers Institute.

AMC Entertainment Inc., one of the world's largest and most innovative theatrical exhibition companies has hosted Summer MovieCamp for 23 years. A fixture in the communities AMC serves, Summer MovieCamp presents G- and PG-rated movies on the big screen every Wednesday morning throughout the summer. Advance tickets will be on sale starting June 18 at 110 participating AMC theatre locations and online. Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. and shows will begin at 10 a.m. local time nationwide.

AMC Summer MovieCamp encourages people of all ages to enjoy a treasured pastime, going to the movies. Popular with grandparents, parents and kids, the program allows kids to be kids and provides entertainment suitable for all ages. This year, AMC Summer MovieCamp will feature a selection of the top-performing G- and PG-rated films of 2007. The film schedule and titles include:

During Summer MovieCamp, AMC Entertainment will also offer KidsPackTM concession combos, featuring AMC's Frooti Tootis? snack made with real fruit and juice. The KidsPack combo will be priced at $3.00, nearly a 50 percent reduction. This KidsPack combo reduction offer is only valid during Summer MovieCamp showtimes.
