AMC Entertainment Inc.® to Divest Six of its Canadian Locations

Kansas City, Mo. (June 21, 2012) - AMC Entertainment Inc. (AMC) announces today the sale of six of its locations in Canada as the company focuses on its primary business unit in the United States. AMC has reached an agreement with Cineplex Entertainment to sell the AMC Yonge & Dundas 24, AMC Winston Churchill 24, AMC Courtney Park 16, all located in the Greater Toronto Area, as well as AMC Forum 22, located in Montreal.
