AMC Theatres® At Tysons Corner Center Grand Opening Friday, September 30, 2005

The 16-Screen Megaplex Joins the Long Awaited Expansion at the Area's Leading Mall

McLean, Va. (September 25, 2005)- Moviegoers in the metropolitan area will enjoy an exciting new entertainment destination when AMC Tysons Corner 16 opens to the public on Friday, September 30, 2005. The theatre anchors Tysons Corner Center's 362,000-square-foot expansion wing, along with 24 new retailers.

To kick-off the grand opening, AMC Tysons Corner 16 will be offering guests a free small popcorn with every ticket purchased Friday, September 30 through the end of business on Sunday, October 2. AMC will also host a number of special events and several enter-to-win contests with grand prize giveaways of movie passes for two valid for one year.

AMC designed the new theatre with enhanced amenities specifically for the Tysons Corner clientele. The theatre's design is impressive, inviting, time-less and perfectly compliments the unsurpassed shopping and dining options in the area. Setting the stage for movie magic, terrazzo-flooring inlaid with movie quotes invite guests into the expansive lobby area and a modern-day rendition of the red-carpet carries guest to their seats.

An industry leader since 1920, the new state-of-the-art AMC theatre at Tyson's corner will feature:
