AMC Theatres® Northlake 14 Opens December 14th

Impressive, Inviting New Theatre is Designed to Celebrate the Entertainment Experience

Charlotte, N.C. (December 2, 2005) - Charlotte residents will have a new and exciting reason to love going to the movies when AMC Theatres' Northlake 14 opens to the public on Dec. 14, 2005.

The new theatre boasts state-of-the-art technology and features AMC's signature design elements in a fun, spectacular and comfortable environment. Designed to celebrate the entertainment experience, AMC Northlake 14 will open with the highly anticipated film "King Kong," along with a full slate of other popular holiday releases.

• State-of-the-art surround sound and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall premium movie screens in every auditorium.
• Large, efficient, fast-serve concession stand with digital plasma screen menus offering a wide variety of food and beverage options.
• AMC Guest Services area for superior guest service.

• Automated Box Offices (ABO) for easy ticket purchasing and advance ticket order pick-up.
• Separate arcade area designed to suit the modern-day gamer for undisturbed game play.
