KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 14, 2005) - AMC Theatres will begin selling advance tickets Friday, April 15, noon CDT, for the much-anticipated movie "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith," which opens in wide release on May 19, 2005.
The first scheduled show time is 12:01 a.m., May 19th (late Wednesday night May 18th/ early Thursday morning), in consideration of moviegoer excitement for this final installment in the "Star Wars" film saga.
Moviegoers may purchase tickets to "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" at AMC box offices or online at www.moviewatcher.com/starwars. Consumers will enter their zip code to help locate an AMC theatre in their community, where show times will be listed. After purchasing a ticket online with a credit card, guests may go to an automated ticketing machine or box office at the theatre to pick up tickets.
